I am on Ph2 day 22 and have lost 13.5lbs and for the past 6 days I have lost a total of .2 Not 2 lbs, .2 I am so frustrated. We worked the whole last week at my brothers home very, very, exhausting work. Could that throw off my weight loss?

Hi Janelle!
WoW! Loosing 13.5 pounds in 6 days is nothing short of phenomenal!
The exhausting work may have thrown the losses of. Commonly called water retention. The program is designed with no exercising at all. If you just stay on course and do not do exhaustive work, the losses will drop off again. If you find you need to be more active, just increase your protein to 4 or 5 oz at a meal. Add a HB egg or a Jay Robb protein shake inbetween meals.

I am sure, if you took your measurements, you may notice your clothes fitting loser. The protocol is called "Pounds and Inches". Some weeks you lose pounds and other weeks you lose inches.

Either way - hang in there!
