Today is my last loading day and tomorrow I start my 500 calorie diet!. I'm kinda nervous!. What can I expect ,any weaknesses?. How fast did you lose weight?. Biggest fear: not working for me!.

It is different for everyone and EVERYONE loses weight as long as you follow the program.

I didn't have any weakness...but if I tried to do exercise (besides walking) I had to eat extra protein. If you were on an exercise program before you started the protocol, you'll be fine, but don't try to add a bunch of extra exercise.

Read other members journals and that should help you.
