Hey there,
I was hoping to get some suggestions... A few nights a week I work in the evenings. I work usually from 5 - 10ish. This puts me in a predicament with my dinner schedule. I have to leave my home by 4:15 to be to work. So I either have to eat 'dinner' super early or wait until I'm home. However, when I eat really late I don't loose as much - obviously. I work as a server so I'm getting some pretty good physical activity which makes me even more hungry when I get off work. I'm just not sure how I should be spacing my eating out. I was kind of thinking something like - small dinner at around 4:00 and then having a snack such as an apple when I get home with some tea to settle my stomach. Anyone else have this issue with their schedule?

Do you get a break at work where you could eat your dinner then?
If not, try eating dinner earlier, and have a bit of protein before bed ~ I would recommend staying away from fruit and carbs before bed.

I like the idea of having protein before bed. I get a 10 min break, I could eat a fruit or something during that time I suppose. I'll try that tonight!
