Should this be discouraced completely? I enjoy rock climbing, bike riding, and stuff like that. I feel that I will only have enough energy to walk a couple miles and swim. Is that still okay to do? Has anyone had success/stalls after incorporating exercise while in P2? Thank you!

There's nothing wrong with exercising or beign active, but on P2, your calorie intake in minimal.
I would recommed a casual walk for 1/2 or so, or 10-15 minutes of rebounding.
Even a casual bike ride is good too.
You should not burn more calories than you are taking in.
And save the rock climbing for P3.

Thank you so much! I was worried that I might stall if I exercise, but today I'm feeling the slight depletion of energy from the reduced calorie intake. Thus, I will heed the advice on saving out for rock climbing :)
