I've done phase 2 many times & lost 70lbs. I've kept it off for 6 mths (even through a vacation to HI). Decided to do one more round to lose 15 lbs. Usually in the first week I lose 8-10 lbs. I'm nearing the end of week 1 and have lost only 3. Very puzzled as I've kept strictly to protocol.
Any ideas?
