In need of some advice, I think I may be doing something wrong I'm on P2D15R1 with only 7-8 pound loss. I've been eating the same thing just about everyday either chicken breat with spinach salad or halibut with spinach salad, apple with each meal and I have both of my melba toasts mid day for a snack. (no lotions, lipsticks, or oils of any kind)
I'm not much for cooking also I like what I'm eating so far when I get sick of it I'll switch it up a bit. I take 10 drops 3x's a day.
Does anyone see something here that I don't see? greet 3 uhhhh feeling very discouraged

I have know ladies to eat the same type of meals daily and they all had good losses.
I have just finished my 2 week on protocol and I have lost only 7 pounds, thus far.
My first week, I lost 6 pounds.

Don't measure your sucess based soley on the weight loss.
Nor compare your losses to that of someone else.
We are all made differently.
The program is called "Pounds and Inches"
Some weeks you loose the pounds and others you loose the inches.
Keep your eyes on the whole forest and not the individual trees in it.

Even tho my losses were slow this past week, I lost inches.

I hope you took measurements in the beginning.
