 Protein shake for lunch?

This is my first post. I am currently on day 5 of VLCD of phase 2 on my first try at HCG. I have lost 7 pounds and 5.5 inches so far.

I am not much of a meat eater (usually boneless, skinless doesn't look like a chicken chicken or salmon without bones or skin) but really don't want my weight loss to stall. Is it ok to eat a protein shake for lunch and then chicken/beef for dinner? If so, what would you recommend? If not, any other recommendations?

There are some modified vegetarian protocols for the HCG Diet. The average weight loss when using these items may, however, be considerably less than when following the regular protocol.

The protein options are listed as....

GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Whey Protein - Vanilla
Pro Energy Natural Whey Protein Isolate - Vanilla

A lot of people use Jay Robb shakes as well... Remember the close you follow the original food list the better your weight loss will be.
