I am R1/P2/VLCD1. I am not a veggie fan. I ate my 2 cups of salad greens for lunch but do not want any for dinner. Will this impede my weight loss? Also any one have any luck with "Walden Farms" calorie free dressings?

welcome dclegg23

it is really important to eat the different foods that Dr Simeon's talks about - try to find something that you like, you will learn as time goes on to come up with good combinations that work for you - depending on where you live, fresh tomatoes go well with any protein, cucumbers - the english ones are excellent, celery is good to give you that crunch that you might be missing from crackers - grill asparagus are one of my favorites.
I personally don't do the walden farms dressings as I can't handle splenda and they contain splenda - check this forum for recipes there are some good salad dressing recipes on here that might appeal to you. best of luck to you in your weight loss.
