I am on R2P2 alongside my daughter, this round I am using subL HCG, 23 day round and on day 11 of VLCD and so far have lost 11.4 I have stalled for the last 3 days these are the numbers (in kg 1kg=2.2lbs)

I am following strictly the protocol, its not TOM or too much salt or any of those other things, so it is probably a natural stall right?

last round I used Homeopathic HCG, and had somethign similar. but this time I get lightheaded and I am a lot more tired, not experiencing much hunger, that is better (but I think a lot of that was psychological) taking 300IU/day

so I am wondering if it would be useful to increase protein. I don't bother with the breadsticks (80cals total) and often only eat one piece of fruit, But i usually eat a large serving of veggies. and a lot of spices, garlic and ginger..

So if I increase protein, by how much and for how long, I have 9 days left of VLCD

also my daughter, she eats fruit and protein but rarely the veggies, her losses are really slow too, should she increase protein by another 100cals or so, to compensate for the no breadsticks and no veggies??

Hey Edelc-
I would just say work within your 500 calorie per day limit.
If she wants to eat the fruit and just protein - count the cals to 500
If you want to cut the fruit - still count the cals to 500

However you make it all up - you still need to be at that 500 mark.
If you want to do an all protein day - try it.
What can you lose, right? :-)

I hope you break your stall!
And tell Mollie to stop eating broccoli! :-)

Ok so I upped our protein a little, to about the 500c mark overall.

Mollie gained .1kg overnight and I lost .8kg (about 1.5lbs)


I am bewildered!
