 Cocktail Sauce

1 cup tomato sauce (sugar free)
1/2 t celery salt
1/4 t paprika
1TB Stevia (or less to taste)
2 TB fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons drained, prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Pinch cumin
Pinch salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Is this an acceptable recipe for cocktail sauce? I researched the contents of horseradish and it seems that it does contain sugar. It originally contained minced onion, worcestershire sauce, and splenda, but upon research on w. sauce, all of its calories come from sugar! Anyone got any suggestions?

Looks good to me. Only thing I am unsure of is the horseradish. No sugar, no oil.

How do you suppose it would taste if I replaced the horseradish with grey poupon dijon mustard? I checked up on it, contains no oils and no sugars.

Oh I am not sure. I know that people said to stay away from spiced mustard because of hidden sugars. I am really not sure on that one.
