Thank you for this!!! I have been searching for information about these sugar alcohols. I've been unsure about whether they should really be avoided during P2. It looks like it would be best to avoid...but some people could be OK if they're careful. Is that what ya'll got out of it?

PostSubject: STOP CONSUMING ANYTHING with ASPARTAME - SPLENDA - DIET POP   Fri Oct 29 2010, 11:58

ASPARTAME - SPLENDA - DIET POPS - ETC.

Not only is aspartame addicting, it tells your brain you are STARVING.

So then one eats and that stored fat will go where ... to the long term fat on one's body.

We are all here to loose that long term fat and to keep it off ... so PLEASE stay away from these man made poisons used as sugar substitutes.

I am 56 years old - I have learned this lesson the hard way. No more of this crap in my bod again.

perfecto
