I am curious as to whether the TOM stalls that people experience are followed by a slightly larger than normal loss when the water weight finally comes off. In other words, if I was losing 5-6 pounds a week and I now am stalling but can feel that fat is still dropping off me that is being verified by measurements, will I catch back up or have I just lost ground on the overall weight loss for this given week permanently. (ie has anyone ever jumped on the scale after this monthly nightmare is over to lose 3-4 pounds in a day as opposed to resuming losing 1 a day?
