Cannot seem to find a definite answer as to the measurements of the allowed veggies are for cooked or for raw? 2 cups of spinach is a ton less than 2 cups cooked! Thanks!!

It depends on how you eat your veggies, raw or cooked.
I have used fitday.com to see calorie amounts.
A raw spinach salad is different than cooked spinach.

Yeah, my clinic said about the same thing. However you eat it (raw or cooked) is the measurement you want. Sure gives you a bonus amount if you cook the spinach or cabbage, doesn't it? It makes a hugh difference with broccoli, too, believe it or not. (My clinic just allowed broccoli, in some moderation.)

I read through the manual and I didn't see any restrictions on vegetable amounts? aside from the tomato and asparagus I would think it's all negligible calories so why do we measure?
