hmmmm....I never thought of macadamia nuts since they were so high in calories and fat. I see the portions on calorieking.com.

I was adding a hard boiled egg to my protocol menu but have decided that did not work. I did however, add a teaspoon of all organic peanut butter with flax seed from Trader Joe's to my morning with an apple. It adds 50 calories to my protocol but has not affected my weight loss AT ALL thank goodness!

I did notice that eating beef does affect my weight loss. I ate slightly under four ounce steak last night and I lost only 1 1/2 pounds by morning and not my 2 pounds consecutively in the past.
