I make my own homemade tooth paste. I use orange and clove oil for flavoring.

I'm doing the drops as well but have never heard anything about not using mint toothpaste. Is that bad?

You just need to not take the drops within 30 minutes of brushing ~ yes, the mint can interfere with the homeopathic ~

I just use baking soda, it doesn't have the best of flavors, but it works. When out of Phase 1 I have several recipes, bing it, there are lots of recipes on the net.

I use fluoride-free toothpaste so it is hard to find something.

I've used Tom's fluoride-free Antiplaque & Whitening toothpaste most of the time. It is peppermint flavored but it contains no oils. Other Tom's toothpastes contain peppermint oil.

I finally found Dr. Ken's Cinnamon flavored Maximum Care Whitening toothpaste. It fluoride, oil & peppermint free. Unfortunately I had a reaction to something in it & my tongue felt like it was burned all the time. It was better a few days after I stopped using it. I went back to the Tom's.

I just got Supersmile Professional Whitening Toothpaste & it is has no fluroide & no oils & no mint. Whitens nice, too.
