PostSubject: Stall?? egg/apple/steak days???   Tue Jun 30 2009, 08:35

Hello many of you seem so knowledgeable on the site (Granny Smith and Holladay and many others) I thought maybe you could help me:woo hoo: I have lost 13 1/2 lbs in 15 days however the last 2 days I lost nothing in fact gained 2oz....I wasnt using any CO, but saw where others were...so I started it on Saturday...I am guessing this is the cause for the stall?? I used it so sparingly too...about 1 1/2 teaspoons daily. So I have heard of apple and steak days (and an egg day with 12 eggs when do you eat them all day or just lunch and dinner?) so how much steak or apples(6?) do you eat? and when just lunch and dinner? Which do you think is better for a stall? Also I have not taken a "break" day on the hcg...should I stop injections for 1 day??? I use 150 injections made with 1500ius of hcg and 5cc of bac. water. And I know its "inches" and pounds but no inch loss either :( Thank you for your time and support:rolling: cheerleader 2 greet 3 women cheersmile jump sunshine

I'm guessing that you have been on protocol for 15 days.

Here are things to think about:

1. Don't take an apple day. It will take you out of ketosis.
2. Egg and steak days are for P3.
3. More than likely you have fat cells lining up at the door with there luggage just waiting for the buss to leave. Their luggage is filled with water. When they leave, so does a lot of water. Wait another day or two before you freak.
4. Have you had a bm?
5. Have you worked out or done anything strenous that might have made you a little sore or caused your muscles to hold water.
6. Has extra food ended up in the diet by accident/mistake?
7. Have you used any different body products.

I say, just wait. The stall will break before you know it. Take your measurements. Many times you are losing inches while the weight is holding steady.

Mo! Thanks you so much! Its probably just me...freaking out...lol I did use some oily sunscreen at the beach...I usually use lotion...obviously I cant not wear sunscreen at the beach or I'd be fried like chicken...lol But not the oily kind from now on :( Also I always do strenuous excercise...but yesterday I did heavy weights...I do them 3 x a week with no problems so far...maybe I will lighten up a little...I tend to be the overachiever in the gym. I ran out of apples (fiber) so I didnt have any for 3 days, also no bm for 2 days...so we will see what is up tomorrow. Hopefully those cells and their baggage will catch their train out of here! LOL Thank you so much. Another question...I ordered 10,000IUs of hcg....what was I thinking?? Anyway I am thinking I will just divide it into 3 seperate sterile viles approx 3000ius and mix that way...what do you think? Oh I was ravenous today...so I gave myself and extra 25cc's this morning making a total of 175cc's) maybe this will help...what is your opinion of break days where you take injections for 6 days take a day off? I havnt done this just gone straight thru. Thank you so much your the best!

Mermaid - supposedly, a person should be able to use mineral oil (baby oil) while on P2. I can't. It will make me stall.

No bm will make you stall.
And heavy weights.

I think you are looking at a big whoosh soon.

I don't have any idea about the injections. I take homeopathic HCG. I did not take break days. I don't see a need in it.

Mermaid, getting a sunburn will also cause you to retain water. It sounds like you've got a couple of things going on so be patient and you'll see some changes right away.

Yay for teh drop in in weight.

Click on your ticker. It will take it to the website where you will need to put in your password. Once you update it on the ticker website, then you refresh the HCG site, and your ticker will change.

Don't get discouraged at 3 lbs in a week. That is very common to happen. Some weeks will be a lot more and other weeks not so much. On average, I lost a 1/2 lb per day. Some weeks, I didn't lose much and other weeks I lost a lot. As long as the downward trend is down, it is all good.

Try not to do an apple day if possible because it throws you out of ketosis. An apple day will help flush a little water and give you a mental boost.

But that is all the apple day does. You need the proteins!!!
