Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to start toning my legs while on phase 2. Normally I would just think to run but thats prob not a good idea since I wasnt doing much of it before I started. I have to wear a skirt that is going to show off my awesome calves in august and I would like them to have some shape rather then look like tree stumps :)

Calf/Toe raises are simple with light weights (stand on the edge of a stair with toes on the stair heels hanging off the stair but level with the stair, hold light weights in hands, slowly raise up onto toes and lower back down, keeping heels level with the stair), squats with light weights are great for defining the thighs and buttocks.
